Individual abstracts are submitted through the conference abstract submission portal (EasyChair). If you have submitted an abstract to SRSA in recent years, you can use your existing EasyChair login credentials. If you have not recently submitted an abstract, simply create a new account and use your new account credentials to login and submit an abstract.
The submission process should be straight forward. Select the “New Submission” button and fill in the required fields shown with an asterisk (*). Full papers are NOT required, so you may simply leave that field blank. You should check the “Corresponding Author” box in the abstract next to the author that will be the “Presenting Author” for the conference. You may change this designation after initial abstract submission and before the program is published. All presenting authors at SRSA agree to serve as a discussant of another presenting author’s paper at the conference. It is the expectation of the presenting authors to submit their papers to assigned discussants two weeks in advance of the meetings.
For 2025, individuals can submit an unlimited number of abstracts but can only submit two abstracts as “Presenting Author.” Submissions of more than two abstracts as presenting author will not be accepted. Please note that presenting authors may exceed this two-abstract limit by presenting additional papers as part of accepted organized sessions. If you are interested in developing an organized session, please select the “Submit Organized Session” tab under the conference tab for the SRSA website.
If you are submitting an individual abstract as part of an organized session, please go to the “Submit an Organized Session” tab under the conference tab of the SRSA website for directions on submission of organized session abstracts.
Deadline for submission of individual abstracts is January 31, 2025.
Questions concerning abstract submission can be submitted to Amit Batabyal, Program Chair.
